Almost everybody at one point or another, whether we like it or not, experiences pain. Back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, and knee pain are just some of the afflictions that we face as we walk (or run!) down life’s long road. But with every bruise and with every scratch we at least know enough to ice our sore muscles and mend our wounds. But what about chronic pain? How do we mend our joints and tendons? How do we begin to address imbalances? What does normal range of motion look like? What should it feel like? And how do we get it back?
At the LIVE360 Joint Mobility Workshop we will address these questions through a series of methods bred from both science and tradition. Enhance your quality of life by improving your quality of movement through myofascial foam rolling, joint flossing, active inhibition, and joint mobility drills. We will offer you the tools you need as well as provide you with daily exercises to help you regain normal ranges of motion, muscle length, and strength capacity.
