Return to Form Kinesiology & Pilates in Nanaimo offers circuit training classes and Pilates classes designed to kick your fitness into high gear! If you’re craving more individualized attention, please see our personal training and small group sessions.
Our Strength classes are a targeted combination of strength exercises, body weight exercises and cardio designed to get you into shape! Classes take a variety of formats, such as intervals, volume training and circuits – all of which help develop muscular endurance.

Mat Pilates Classes
Interested in Pilates but need a more affordable way to learn? Return to Form offers small group mat classes to learn the foundations of Pilates and get a full body workout. Pilates helps increase core strength, body awareness and improve posture. These classes use small props to either challenge or support the participant.
