ICBC and Private Coverage

Every client’s situation is unique – and so is your coverage. But if you’re injured in an accident – on the road, at home, at work, or at play – our goal is to make your rehabilitation as painless as possible.

In many cases, Return to Form Kinesiology & Pilates can bill your private insurance provider or ICBC directly – with no cost to you individually. Please check with your insurance company to ensure that your coverage includes Kinesiology.

Private coverage

Most major insurance companies and employee benefits packages offer reimbursement for active rehabilitation services, which help facilitate your recovery.

Check with your insurance company or benefits provider to determine if your coverage includes:

  • Accident benefits
  • Kinesiology
  • Personal training
  • Pilates

ICBC coverage

After receiving a referral from your physician, active rehabilitation with a qualified Kinesiologist is one of your best steps toward recovery. If you have ICBC Autoplan coverage, and you’ve been involved in an accident, you may be referred to Rachel by:

  • Your lawyer – if you have a lawyer, we are happy to work with him/her and obtain permission to deal with your ICBC claim directly
  • Your ICBC insurance adjuster – if you’re working with an adjuster, you may already be pre-approved for a select number of sessions in your rehabilitation plan
  • Self-referred – if you are self-referred, you will pay for all medical treatment expenses incurred out-of-pocket and then provide the receipts to your lawyer and/or ICBC to seek reimbursement (if you qualify)
