Rachel’s knowledge of body alignment and integrating the benefits of the core align machine and knowing which muscles needed to be focused on for my husband to strengthen, has us “better” than before the surgeries and added the ability for me to work with and through the diagnosis of A.S. Her ability to “tune” into exactly where we are, physically and mentally, each session has allowed us to leave our sessions feeling more equipped to face the days ahead and more in control of what could be an otherwise frustrating journey.
She is a definite bonus to the health care system and in the long run will be one of the better answers to the upcoming cost the aging ‘baby boomer’ generation is going to impose. D & S Pierce
