She’ll work alongside your current healthcare team to develop an informed, holistic understanding of your individual circumstances and provide you with the best treatment plan for your needs.
With their input, she will work with you to design a structured, graduated exercise program that safely eases your transition back into your sport – and back to all of your other daily routines, fitness regimes and day-to-day activities.
How can Rachel help you Return to Form?
Rachel Robertson is a registered Kinesiologist with a decade of experience in active rehabilitation. She specializes in providing physical assessments, personal training for injury recovery and in teaching Pilates as a rehabilitation tool.
Rachel is certified in Level 1 of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) system and administering the Y Balance Test – a scientifically researched method of evaluating an individual’s motor control and functional symmetry.
She’s also a Master Instructor in CoreAlign® and boasts a diverse range of coaching experience. Her own athletic background includes coaching basketball teams (NCCP L1 & L2) and six years of coaching figure skating with the Canskate curriculum.
