Rachel Robertson is a registered Kinesiologist with a decade of experience in active rehabilitation. She specializes in providing physical assessments, personal training for injury recovery and in teaching Pilates as a rehabilitation tool.
Rachel is certified in Level 1 of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) system and administering the Y Balance Test – a scientifically researched method of evaluating an individual’s motor control and functional symmetry.
She’s also a Master Instructor in CoreAlign® and boasts a diverse range of coaching experience. Her own athletic background includes coaching basketball teams (NCCP L1 & L2) and six years of coaching figure skating with the Canskate curriculum.
