So my hiatus can be explained. I had been doing some research looking for side arm variations on the reformer and couldn’t find any. So I decided to make my own video. It was difficult to squeeze in with work and took a while to figure out the process, but it is now complete. Side Arm Variations on the Reformer shows various exercises and progressions. Not shown in this video are kneeling and sitting on a disc. These exercises focus on the shoulder especially the rotator cuff. If you have any feedback or questions please let me know. Any video ideas are welcome as well. 🙂
