Open Leg Rocker Progression

I had a request for Open Leg Rocker sequence.  Another progression you can put in that is not in the video is Stag.  One leg is fully extended while the other one stays bent at 90 degrees.  Do 3/4 per side.  Then move on to leg extensions.
