Remember to keep your hips square and you are lifting inline with the body, not reaching as high as you can. I also like to do circles with the lifted hand and foot at the same time. The challenge is changing directions 🙂
I liked the music that has been added to the video, makes it more fun to watch. But I also like the variations and it supports the neck!!! 🙂 Im going to try them out right now 😛
