Rachel brings over a decade of experience teaching and supporting prenatal and postnatal clients. Rachel’s journey in prenatal fitness began in 2009 when she completed her Kinesiology degree and began teaching Pilates with a focus on pre- and postnatal clients.
She has:
Hands-on involvement in university-level research, assisting with data collection for the Pregnancy and Exercise Lab
Specialized certifications in prenatal/postnatal exercise, trauma birth recovery, and advanced coaching
Personal experience with her own two pregnancies and recovery journeys
Completed advanced courses including STOTT Pilates Injuries and Special Populations
Earned the Girls Gone Strong Prenatal & Postnatal Coaching Certificate
Continued her education through trauma birth recovery courses and ongoing advanced certifications
